We are extremely excited to announce that O2ToGo Dive Centre has booked a Liveaboard heading to The Socorro Island off The Mexican Coast in The Pacific Ocean. We have 26 spots available on The Cassiopeia Socorro Aggressor in April 2022. Socorro, San Benedicto and Roca Partida are three volcanic islands that make up the Revillagigedo Islands, commonly referred to as Socorro. They are part of the Revillagigedo Archipelago which is a National Park located 250 nautical miles south of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico at the tip of the Baja Peninsula, it takes 24 hours to travel to this magnificent area.

Socorro Dive Sites
From January through March these islands are home to a migratory population of humpback whales that come to breed and have calves. Whale sharks are seen mainly in April/May and November/December. Divers may also observe many different behaviors of manta at cleaning stations, Bottlenose dolphin, wahoo, tuna, marlin and smaller creatures like eels, nudibranchs and octopi.

Itinerary Diving Details:
Socorro Itinerary: 8 Night Trips
Day 1 - 7:45 am - Pick up from the host hotel, the boat departs shortly after 8 am. Travel all day and night.
Day 2 - Arrive to Socorro around 10 am, 3 dives
Day 3 - Up to 3 dives
Day 4 - Up to 3 dives
Day 5 - Up to 3 dives
Day 6 - Up to 3 dives
Day 7 - Up to 3 dives, the yacht departs that evening and travels back
Day 8 - Arrival at approximately 8 pm
Day 9 - 8 am - after breakfast the shuttle will transfer all guests to the San Jose del Cabo Airport.
Accommodations
The Socorro Aggressor is a spacious 135 ft. yacht with a wide beam, built and powered for comfort, safety and stability. She is diesel powered, cruises at 10 knots and has 220-volt power.
Comfortable accommodations for 26 guests include 13 spacious staterooms each independently air-conditioned, a private head and shower, porthole view window, mirrored cabinet, hair dryer, fresh towels and volume controls. Each stateroom has a 32-inch flat screen TV offering a selection of movies, TV shows and documentaries. Guests will also be able to plug their computers into the TV screen to edit underwater pictures and video.
The yacht has a beautiful spacious salon that is air-conditioned and well equipped with an LCD TV, and satellite telephone. Socorro Aggressor also has a large sun deck with shading, chaise lounges and deck chairs, bar, and a complete photo/video center.
There is a variety of nightly entertainment, including diving, fish identification presentations, movies, games and more. If you have a favorite movie, digital presentation or a video to share, we encourage you to bring it along. The crew especially loves new releases of movies, recent magazines and books. A small library of books for exchange is maintained onboard as well as fish identification books for reference.
